Over the last 30 years the firm has developed extensive experience on major projects in Cyprus and Overseas. In the Sultanate of Oman over 125 projects have already been successfully completed as detailed in the attached list. Between 1979-82 the firm lead the design team of Saudi Specialist Construction Ltd. (Saudi Arabia) for the design of three major Design and Build Projects. The most prestigious of these, the National Guard Sports Centre in Riyadh comprises various buildings in excess of 30,000 sq. mt. including a 3,000 seat enclosed sporting hall. This project has a central district cooling system with a total refrigeration tonnage of 800 tons.
Several large projects have also been completed in the UAE. .Among many prestigious projects successfully completed in Cyprus and Oman are the new Larnaca and Pafos International Airports, Central Bank Headquarters Buildings of Cyprus and Oman, the Military Camp at Halban for the SSF, the Muscat Municipality Building, many Hotels and several projects for the Diwan of the Royal Court.
